Host a Project

We would love for the voices of the Rich in Faith storytellers to be heard far and wide. Do you have an idea for sharing a Rich in Faith story with those you connect with? We would love to get behind that!

If your idea is chosen by Rich in Faith, you’ll receive a $300 Visa gift card to use toward your project in any way you choose! You can use it for honoria, supplies, printing, boosting a post, food—anything you can imagine.

Each group may apply for and receive a maximum of three awards annually.

  • Rich in Faith Project Funds are for anyone who works with a group of people.

    You could be a pastor or a teacher.

    You could be a preschool classroom aide or a small group leader for the youth group.

    You might have a social media following or a podcast.

    Whatever your platform is, whether large or small, this project is for you. All you need to be is willing to share one Rich in Faith story with your group.

  • We want to support YOUR idea for sharing a Rich in Faith story with YOUR group.

    Any activity, sermon, lesson, or experience that you can create is interesting to us—as long as it involves sharing a Rich in Faith story in some way.

    For example, maybe you’re hoping to buy new markers and playdough for your kindergarten Sunday school. You could fill in the form telling us how you’re going to play a story from “And God Was Happy Too” on the Rich in Faith platform and have kids draw pictures or make models of a time in their lives that they think God was happy too. Then you use the gift card to buy the supplies you need.

    Or maybe you’re a youth group leader preparing your group for a cross-cultural service or missions trip. You could choose a story from Rich in Faith that reflects the culture you’ll find on the trip, play the video for your kids, and use the gift card to buy them food from that context.

    What if you’re a pastor, speaker, or influencer and don’t need supplies or food? It’s totally fair game to share a Rich in Faith story and keep the gift card as your honorarium.

  • It’s easy!

    1. Fill out the form below telling us about your group and your idea

    2. By the last week of each month, Rich in Faith reads the ideas and chooses those to award. (The competition is not fierce; nearly all applications should be awarded.)

    3. You receive a gift card in your e-mail by the end of the month.

    4. Within the next 6 months, you send us a few sentences or photos about how it went and how many people were involved.

    5. Apply again! Each group can receive up to 3 gift cards annually.

  • The Rich in Faith story archive can be filtered by language, neighborhood, and theme. We hope that the filters can help you find just the right story to fit your group and topic.
